... starting early with challenging stuff...
I was born in Milan on the 11th of March 1960 in a family of entrepreneurs and dealers. Since I was a child I have been showing my curiosity and willingness to test anything that's new. Soon my family passed me on the enthusiasm of travelling, in fact after few days I was born we left Milan directed to Padua (where I still live nearby), just in the years of the strong expansion of the local industrial area (named "ZIP - Zona Industriale Padova").
Afterwards I've kept travelling repeatedly, both domestic and international, travelling around most of Europe and also beyond the oceans, especially towards the Americas', both for work and for leisure.
In 1986 I got the bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering at the university of Padua with the maximum points (110/110), after a stage at Olivetti – Ivrea.
In the past I've practiced many sports, and I keep practicing some of these still today… with alternate results (Rugby, Tennis, Windsurf, and more). My other hobbies and interests span from modellism, to filately, to photography, video-graphic and video-editing, up to the radio-amateur (unfortunately less practiced nowadays due to lack of time…), to IT, to Formula 1 … and continuing with everything that has to do with technology!

My working experience, after the stage at Olivetti, has continued at Necsy – a designer and manufacturer of electronic systems for telephony and telecommunications in the area of Padua. I started there as a design engineer in the R&D department for the first two years, and then moved to a product manager position inside the marketing department for other 6 years, till 1994. In that year I started my "foreign worker" experience, hired by Hewlett Packard in Miami – USA. There I was in charge of the Telecom Business for the market of Latin America, for a period of about two years. Then I returned to Europe still working for HP (Agilent Technologies since 1999) undertaking various sales and marketing responsibilities in the Telecom Business for the EMEA region (Europe-Middle East-Africa).

In 2002 I finally came back to work in Italy at Telsey – a manufacturing company of electronic solutions for broadband communications, located nearby Treviso – where I took the positions of Marketing Director and Partners Program Director.
Nowadays, I'm again taking up a new profession as BUSINESS COACH, with the objective of help the Italian companies to improve their business results and to strengthen their competitive positions, by offering my experiences and competencies acquired up to now.
